Guenael Cassilde
President of IDIS, Guenael Cassilde is a civil servant and administrative executive at the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. A community activist for many years, he pays careful attention to problems related to education and professional integration in Africa. He holds a Master’s in economics from the University Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne.

Véronique Durand
Véronique Durand is a professor, consultant and international researcher in the fields of gender relations, violence against women, social exclusion, fundamental rights, interculturality and migration. For over 20 years, she has been deploying her expertise in the international solidarity sector. She has coordinated numerous projects in Brazil for the NGO ASMAE. She holds a doctorate in anthropology and has written numerous books. After lecturing at the Federal University of Pernambuco in Recife, Brazil, she is now a researcher at the University of Aix-Marseille.

Carine De Percin
Carine De Percin has been involved in the field of social inclusion for a number of years. She has most notably worked toward social support, treatment, and socio-professional reinsertion of at-risk and excluded populations. Holding a diploma as Advisor for Professional Integration, she develops solidarity projects directed at the migrant community with the Aurore Association.
