Agathe Juguet
Agathe Juguet has worked on the intersection of gender issues, female bodies, Islam, and feminism. After a formative experience working at a migrant-children welcome center in Jerusalem she has served as Project Manager for Memory and Citizenship within the research/action center. She graduated with a Master’s in HCP-SCE from University of Nantes.

Annabelle Fagoaga
With a background in the retail sector, Annabelle Fagoaga is passionate about fundraising, organizing international events, and geopolitical development issues. Along with the team, Annabelle is responsible for fundraising and identifying potential partnerships. She holds a Master’s in Logistics from Neoma Business School (Paris).

Eduardo Pliego
Initially a lawyer in labor and social law at Corporativo Juridico Legal in Toluca, Mexico, Eduardo Pliego has since managed many projects as Head of the Latin America division of the French Observatory for New Silk Roads. In this role, he oversaw the strategic observation of China’s political, strategic, and economic activity in Latin America. He has also collaborated with the Delphi Observatory as a geopolitical consultant. Eduardo Pliego manages research related to North African projects. A specialist in geopolitics, international security, and international law, he provides IDIS with his expertise in these fields. In this perspective, he primarily works toward identifying solidarity, humanitarian, and energy projects as well as social and sustainable projects in this region. Eduardo Pliego obtained a Master’s in International Relations with a focus on International Security in Defense from University Jean Moulin, Lyon 3.

Delphine Moreau-Plachy
Delphine Moreau-Plachy has been involved with Amnesty International for many years and has been active in various solidarity projects. She has been a volunteer on a range of missions, from “marauding” (mobile outreach teams) and distributing food boxes to students, to working for the Society for the Protection of Animals (SPA) as well as in schools and with the orphans of the Sisters of Charity in Bethlehem. A prizewinner of the Institut de l’engagement, she also worked in Tel Aviv as an international volunteer. She holds a Master’s degree in social sciences (University of Paris Descartes) and is currently preparing a doctorate in sociology. She teaches at the Jean Monnet University in Saint-Étienne.

Borgia Gnamy
For many years, Borgia Gnamy supervised documentation and public relations at SERHAU-SA in Bénin. He also has an excellent knowledge of Africa and is currently focusing on Mali. He is trained in information science, organizational strategy, and conflict prevention and management. At IDIS, Borgia Gnamy manages geopolitical monitoring of the North African region. He is currently a doctoral student in Human and Social sciences at the University of Paris Nanterre.
